MeiLin Wan

MeiLin is responsible for providing clients with innovative molecular business solutions to preserve the integrity of products, assure quality and enable responsible and sustainable sourcing practices globally. She leads the team to create commercial solutions in cotton, recycled PET, synthetics, wool, viscose, down and feather, and many other materials globally.

Focusing on excellence in marketing, sales and customer service, she is also the lead business manager for multinational partners and clients including The Himatsingka Group, Louis Dreyfus Company, Reliance Industries, GHCL, Loftex, Martin Guitar, Solvay, and other Fortune 500 companies.

Tobias Herzog

Managing Director, Tailorlux, Responsible for the integriTEX Solution
Tobias is the General Manager of Tailorlux and responsible for the integriTEX solution. Besides the general mangement of other projects in the automotive industry and hidden marking of e.g. luxury goods, he spent the last 2 years in spinning mills, ginning facilities and textile related exhibitions and events in order to learn as much as possiblle about cotton and man-made fibers. The result of theses activities is a cloud-based traceability service based on physical markers.

Manu Kapur

President & CEO - Home Textiles at GHCL Ltd.

Mr. Manu Kapur, President & CEO, Home Textiles division Vapi. Prior to his current role, Mr. Manu Kapur has worked with major retailer brands and trading companies such as IKEA, J C Penney, Metro AG and Li & Fung, on a global and regional basis. He led the setting up and running of specialty Home Furnishings & Décor stores for Reliance Retail and has worked extensively in the Rugs & Carpets area with the Murugappa group, exporting to premier customers all over Europe. In his last assignment, he was with J C Penney as the Vice President and Regional Director for South Asia and the Middle East. He has an experience of close to three decades of sourcing home furnishings and apparel. Mr. Kapur is a Post Graduate from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and has studied Business Strategy at the Indian School of Business. He also holds a Master’s Degree in History from Delhi University.
